Suggest me more product marketing methods, please!

Recently I have put up a page promoting a new book in the women's health niche.
It is live on Clickbank for about a week, the page gets on average 50 unique clicks a day which in my opinion is toooo low, but I have already made two sales, so it seems the conversion is OK.

I did a lot of things already to promote the product and attract affiliates, but the traffic is still low.
Here is what I did:

- created two blogspot blogs
- submitted 5 related articles to ezinearticles and plan to do one new article every day
- listed it at cure zone
- posted about 5 press releases
- posted answers on Yahoo answers with the link
- posted some related forum replies, but most of them don't allow any kind of links
- commented on about 100 related blogs
- opened a Facebook group around the product
- listed it in Kaboodle
- posted a few answers at Craigslist, but still with no live links
- bookmarked the page on main bookmarking sites
- published the table of content on scribd with a link to the salespage
- asked for JV here at warrior forum, but there is no interest

The only thing I can think about that I still didn't do is to create promo videos and submit them to you tube.

I have the time and the willingness to put any effort it takes to promote the page better, but I have no idea what else could I do?
Any help and suggestions will be highly appreciated and put to action immediately

p.s. no paid advertising for now, I'm totally broke

    Here's my 2 cents.

You've done a fair amount of work already, and if you're getting 50 click throughs a day, that seems to imply a reasonable amount of traffic as well (Would help to know if your traffic-to-click conversion is decent.).

Given that you're ok with the conversion rate, the next step is to get a lot more traffic coming in; if you're not willing to spend money, the only alternative is to boost traffic from your link building and from search engines.

Continue with the activities above (blogspot / commenting / forums etc.); but look for other ways.

    - Find sites looking for guest writers, that allow a link back; you may need to filter these for good traffic / pagerank, to maximize your value for time
    - Post your articles on multiple article directories.
    - Look for ways to build up social bookmarks on your EZA articles etc.; exchange with others. While many forums don't allow this, there are a few places where you can request for digg / stumble exchanges.
    - Look at it this way - the traffic that comes to a page that has a hundred diggs or stumbles is a helluva lot more than the traffic that would come to a hundred different pages with one digg each. While bookmarking your own page gets it into these sites, exchanging raises the visibility.
    - Go the the various affiliate forums and promote your offer there.

As you get some money flowing in, outsource a lot of the link and traffic building activities; it will pay off, as long as your site converts well.

    Is the book your product?

If there is a competing product, do a search for the product name on Google. Find out who has the highest ranked pages discussing the product. Contact them, and offer them a review copy for free. Some of them will likely be interested, others will tell you to get lost.

Just like KansasDragon said, find out your competitors. Do proper keyword research in your niche before writing articles. Add fresh content to your blogs regularly. Build backlinks - avoid AUTOMATED backlinks!
