Is it recommendable yahoo answers method to make $200-$400 weekly?

Today I would like to get a suggestions from experienced war room members. Every one needs money to fulfill their desires and wants. This is regarding a yahoo answers method. While a group of people struggling to earn money to meet their basic needs, rest of the people are making unlimited money from unethical methods.
I came to know a method from a guy in online, he is making nearly $200-$400 weekly using this method. This is totally different from any other yahoo answer method that you have seen so for.
He did keyword analysis for hot keywords that was taken from google trends, buzz.yahoo.com etc. bought a domain in general name like splitanswers, floodanswers etc.
He created 10 email addresses to make questions; he would make questions that contain 2 keywords in the line. Different kinds of questions, and keywords asking about same product (CPA or Clickbank product). He will leave it for 3-4 hours to let others make answers for those questions.
After that he will send prepared answers that are pointing to his domain, i.e.productname.splitanswers.com, simply it is a sub domain. His friends will re-write and answer to 10 questions and the source URL would be his sub-domain. Then he will choose his friends answers as best answer in his yahoo account.
Soon the answers will get high ranking in google, surely people are searching with those keywords, so his question would be shown first page of the google. When a potential customer clicks the sub-domain link, his website will open, there he was having a good 400 words content about the product, which is taken from online article source. But end of the article his CPA or Clickbank product affiliate link would be hyper linked in the word "read further" or "more".
He is getting unlimited traffic from these method, I got little bit confused is it a black hat method or any chance to ban from yahoo account. But he said still he is using those 10 accounts. Is it recommendable? Suggest me...
