Can Anyone Recommend A Really Good Outsourcing Company?

I'm needing some advioe on a really good outsourcing company. In particular, I want to have back-links created for my sites that are from GENUINE directories, GENUINE (PR2+) websites, etc...

Please only recommend ones you've actually used and/or are currently using. Also, tell me what you've come to like most about them.

    What I did and still do is go to freelancer sites like GetAFreelancer, ODesk, Elance, Guru.com and serch for the related jobs and in most cases I am able to see the individuals and companies who bided for those jobs. In that way I got to see the price also (if they aren't hidden). The biders usually have ratings against there name and you can see their profile to view the comments and also the job they have done. That should give you enough idea to post the job you want to outsource.

    For the kind of job you mentioned I suggest you to try ODesk and GetAFreelancer to begin with. At GetAFreelancer you can register and post a Trial job for free.
