Incorporating Internet Marketing Business

Warriors, Does anyone here incorporate their intenet marketing business. I teach driving at a small private school. My boss said that he borrows money from his corporation to keep his income low. How would that work with IM?

    It would work exactly the same, provided that you are treating your IM business as a business and not a hobby. Incorporating provides a lot of benefits, but requires a lot more management and restrictions than say a sole proprietorship or even an LLC. Unless you are really good with that stuff, you would probably need to hire a bookkeeper/accountant to keep everything in order on a regular basis. Incorporating is not for everybody. Definitely talk to and accountant and discuss all the specifics of your business and they can discuss all the pros and cons with you.
