Does anyone know if Clickbank pay out the checks in £GBP? I know they accept payments from buyers in different currencies, but I don't know if clickbank pay you in your own currency. Wonder what the banks would be like with banking a dollars check if clickbank dont pay out in pounds. Thanks in advance. |

Checks are in US$ - banks have no problem processing a check in a different currency as thats part of how they do business but they will charge you a special fee for doing so. Just tell the teller you have an overseas currency check. Neil |

Hi, cashing checks is no problems, like mentioned by gottahave. When I cashed my first check, I didn't even have my surname on it. I just brought proof to the bank and no problems. I've adjusted my account since then to include my surname. P.S I know that clickbank has a direct wire service, you may like to check this out and see if you are illegible. Cheers, Pierro |

| I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "direct wire". Clickbank has both "direct deposit" and "wire transfer" services available - they're two different things. ![]() But all affiliates have to start off with two printed checks first, before switching (if desired) to either of those alternative payment methods (subject to availability depending on location). |

You just have to open an USD account at the bank where you already have your GBP account. Rest is the same.

I cash USD into my GBP bank account every month. They charge me £10 for each cheque. Pricey but just make sure it's worth it otherwise change your minimum payout amount in clickbank. Took 2 cheques in last week and they charged me for each one and you will most likely have to fill a form out. Only trouble is most of the bank clerks don't actually realise you can do this and look very confused when you hand it over. Edit: Also takes a few weeks to clear as it has to be sent back to the company for approval or something |

Barclays are saying 4 weeks to clear the cheque. By the time you have earned the money, waited for payment day, waited for the cheque to arrive from Clickbank in the post and then waited for the thing to clear you are into the third month after the original sale. Shame Google can't wait for the same delay for their Adwords payments! | |
