High PR dofollow article site? Recomend please

INTERNET MARKETING

I believe that some of the big sites have gone "nofollow" so were is the best place to get an article published?

The plan is to publish for links to support my fully "whitehat" site, a few auto traffic hits, social bookmark, next day more trafic + small scrapebox blast and keep on like that.
