One of my clients wants to create a Digg-like site using Pligg.com. Does anyone know of any solid programmers/designers that can help?

There are a handful of digg php script clones, that you can customize, and maybe with one programmers help for an hour or two ad new features.

Extremely cost effective comparable to starting fresh with code.
