Something is wrong with Google

3 hours to open a Youtube account. Kept saying the password was wrong. It wasn't. Before it was over I had 17 Goggle email accounts with the exact same email address but different passwords and different names on the accounts.

I have never had something like that before. I would try to assign it to a new account with youtube using the Google account and it would refuse it. Even when I used the passwords that went with one of the 17 accounts.
Even when I tried all 17 passwords.

How does Google have multiple accounts for the same email address? I finally was able to open the youtube account and associate it with one of the 17 Google accounts.

What do I do with the other accounts? I can sign into the same email address using any of the passwords. Basically I now have a single Google account with 17 passwords, but the Youtube account will only work with one of the 17 passwords.

I know from experience, it is impossible to talk to them. 3 hours to do what should have taken 3 minutes. freaky. The worst part is everytime I tried to create a youtube acount, it would refuse to make it and then say that name was taken the next time I tried, yet it wouldn't let me even use the lost password tool as it said the address didn't have a youtube account. (it still says that but does let me sign in with one of the 17 passwords I can use to sign into the Google account which lets me use all the other supplications no matter what of the 17 passwords I use). It even shared a document with all 17 variables of password even though I had only shared it once.

They are worse than evil. I think they are screwing with me on purpose!

When you send yourself an email to that address from another account, does it go to all 17? This is funny. Please don't crash google/gmail. I need my archived emails

Oh yeah, it's a great conspiracy and many of us here are in on it! Bwa ha ha ha!

Seriously though, that is weird. Did you try using a different browser? I find that sometimes IE works better than Firefox on some sites, but Firefox works better than IE on others.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

Usually It opens in a minute, I find it strange, probably just some glitch at that time (someone had pulled out a cable... or something... )

This is a very weird problem, I have never encountered any issues with Gmail.

There may have been something going on. I was getting some weird results when I was trying to do some keyword research earlier. I decided to give up on it for the night. <shrugs>

That's been happening for like 8 months for me. When it happens I just try a totally different password, and that usually solves it.

I don't know what it is, but I have a number of google logins and a number of youtube logins, all with the same password. So maybe that's why I kept getting an error when trying to make a new account with that password again. Same password from same ip--they knew I was making multiple accounts.

I don't know that for sure, but the problem usually goes away when I use a different password.
