Hi guys I have a target market. They seem quite responsive to the blog posts and I get up 1 - 5 sign ups a day to a free ebook. Now I need to make a product, but I don't want to spend ages just in case they aren't the kind of audience that buy anything. What's the best way to go about this? |

Why would you build a list of people that don't want to buy anything? What did your initial niche research tell you? |

There are many ways to do it but it really depends on what the product is about. In general, you can use Camtasia to record a series of instructional videos. Then create a password protected directory on your website and charge for access to the video training. If they don't sell, you can always use the videos for other purposes or sell them as PLR videos. |

Well, if they are signing up for a free ebook... Why not expand on that? For example, if your free ebook is about getting traffic from ezine articles, write a new ebook about the popular traffic sources. If it is free, it is usually very basic and can easily be expanded upon.

the easiest way to create a quick product is to search for what people in your niche are having problems with then create an instant solution for 1 (common) problem

there are many ways to create a product... it might be easier to just allow them to download the product (video is fastest to create) once it's set up you wouldn't need to manage much, just answer support emails and send your new subscribers to your sales page (within the 1st day of them signing up) it's relatively easy to sell a $7 product especially if it provides more value than the price... people like good deals |

As mentioned earlier, a quick way to get your product created is to use PLR products. If you can find some in your niche then you can take one, or combine parts of several, and make your own product out of it. That can be an ebook, a software program, an audio or a video, or a combination of any of those. Spend $15-$20 or so to get an ecover made for it and you're in business. But like what another poster mentioned, you should do your research first to make sure the folks on your list will buy it. You don't want to spend your time and money creating a product for a market that won't buy. Good luck! Sean |
