To Resubmit or to Ping?

If I have created an RSS feed for my articles and then I add more articles, do I ping the feed or resubmit it?

    I would Ping the article and the RSS feed(s). Some RSS sites won't allow you to re-submit an RSS feed, they will tell you they already have it in their system, and they update them automatically. Pinging the feed though will bring more attention to it.
