Forms that blank out on error .arrrrrrrrrrggg
You've probably run into them, and I used to own one and got blasted for it, but a form that checks the data then errors and blanks out all the filled in fields when you go back can make users crazy.
As a user I hate these. As a marketer I have to make sure I don't have any that folks can run into. The data should be kept ( except passwords which seem to reset anyway ) even if the user makes a boo boo.
