Shopping Cart - which ones can do this?

I have a client who is currently using Mal's Shopping Cart. She has it set up so that she processes the payments. As Mal's doesn't process the payments, it doesn't collect the cvc number from buyers' cards. My client runs a florist shop.

We need a shopping cart that will allow three things:

1) an alternative delivery address
2) a delivery date
3) a message to the recipient.

We looked at Paypal and Google Checkout. Neither allow all three of the above.

Does anyone know a cart that will allow all of the above and handle the payments?

    There are several open-source shopping carts that could do the job - such as Magento and Zen Cart. As far as processing the credit card payments, as a florist shop owner she needs to speak with her credit card processing company and tell them that she wants to process credit cards online.

    This is quite possibly the best shopping cart I've used:
    SunShop Shopping Cart Features

    SunShop allows the collection of custom fields during the checkout process which meets your "shipping and delivery date" problem.

    If she also gets an account through Authorize.net, she'll never have to process another card again or ask for CVV codes. She'll just need to login to the admin area and follow up on orders while Authorize.net puts the Flower shop's payment processing on autopilot.
