From page Three to not listed

So, I am doing SEO work for a local small business owner. I am using anchor text links for 3 keywords. I got 2 of his keywords to the first page. The third keyword started out in the 48th overall position on Google. After 1 week of SEO I got him to the 33rd position. I spent all weekend developing backlinks with this keyword (over 50). I just looked, and that keyword isn't even listed, not even in the top 100.

What do I do? I thought it was sandboxed, but it's not. All my other keyword SERPS's stayed the same.
