Got this email that led to a video - (don't you love these pass ons?)

The video showed this guy - a "guru" and he went up to this guy and
signed him up (sort of, he used someone else's address and the "guru's" email) to get this guy into ClickBank - then he said he was placing some "copy and paste ads" into some free classified sites. They waited for 15 min.
then checked the acct. and there was $30-40 - a sale was made.
He then asked the guy if he'd go to the internet cafe and post some more of these "copy and paste ads" - the guy barely spoke much at all. Most that he said, if the mumbling could be considered "talking" was agreeing with whatever the "guru" said. (this would have been considered "leading the witness" in a courtroom)

I didn't really "believe" this hype - but I went to YouTube to check for ClickBank affiliate and making money with ClickBank. I came across a video
that was a bit better put together. It showed a ClickBank acct. and the fact it was at 0.00 for the date - all filmed in real time not with screen capture. Then the camera went off while the person went to "place some classified ads" the camera came back on after about 30 min or so had past. The time and date were shown on the computer and the clickbank acct. and there was over $1000 in the account for that date. It was done rather well, though I was still a bit suspicious.

Now I contacted that YouTuber and asked him about that video. He said that there was a bit more involved than what was "shown". I figured that much. But I want to know what to do so that I can get maybe a couple hundred a week coming in.

So far I've not been able to get any info from them. I just need some cash flow - especially now with my house in danger of being foreclosed on. I really just need something to start bringing in some money.

I'm a skilled web designer, but I'm not getting any work. LOTS of interest and promises of work - but no action! I'm not seeing any action and right now I need something.

If they get the house, I've no place to go. I'm not underwater on my mortgage thankfully, but it isn't worth what they are going to want for it. They'd make more money honestly, if they let me stay and pay the $40K I owe on it. If I could sell it for that much I'd be lucky - it was only worth $60K in 2005 - it's dropped considerably since then.
Why do they even want it? With this market they can't get what's owed on it. Yet they are trying to foreclose with just two late payments - one of which I'm sending out late this month when my disability check comes in.

I'm calling HOPE tomorrow - maybe they can get these guys off my back. With an APR of 10.80% this mortgage has been a fraud from the start. (I made the mistake of "trusting" a real estate agent since I'm legally blind. I can't see to read the printed work. Not normal print. He let me sign stuff and didn't read stuff that got me a loan I should not have gotten. Plus the loan officer was the seller's sister-in-law. Is that even legal? Moral? Ethical? Most likely not any of the above.)

I found out a few years later when a friend checked things out for me and told me I'd been basically "played". But even if the whole thing's a fraud, where would I go? Up till 6yrs ago I had no issues. Then a predatory servicing company took over my loan. Google Litton Loan if you want the truth about those guys. I filed Chpt. 13 to stop them from auctioning off my house behind my back. Now that my Chpt 13's over they are at it again trying to get the house into foreclosure.

I need cash flow and I need a way to get rid of these creeps. They are nothing but a nightmare. If I had someplace to go, they'd still try to get the rest of the money from me when they can't get it all from the house.
If anyone has dealt with this sort of thing can give me some advice I would appreciate it.

Hopefully I can get some help on my side. Any advice is welcome.
(Oh for those wondering how I work online with text and all. I use Zoomtext and Dragonspeak on my PC.)

Hope this isn't too off topic - but I need to start bringing in some cash fast. Or find someone to stop them cold. I don't have many options.
