Hey everyone,

I'm trying to do BUM marketing method. My only problem is choosing the right niche. I have been doing a lot of research about both BUM marketing and finding niches in the past week and this is why i haven't been active on the forum.

I need help though, how do i know what people are buying? I Know what people are searching on google because of google trends, but how do i know if its a good market. I also looked at the google adwords tracker. I also looked at the optimized on google with the "quotes". I looked into technorati. On top of all this i have researched 50-100 different niches but i wouldn't know if it was a good one if i saw it.

I have all the tools, i just dont know how to use the information properly.

If you have any advice that would be great Thankyou,

Travis

I would start things off with a niche that you know a lot about. You must know about something.

I used to screw around with a bunch of different niches, but now I stick with the stuff I know well. I figure I could stay in a niche I like for the rest of my life and still not run out of things to do to make myself better or richer.

After decideing the niche from google trends or watever source you can go to google adword tool (which is free) and search your keyword. You will then get how many searches that keyword have and what else people are searching. Google adword keyword tool is the best so far and it is free. If you want to use the paid one then market samurai is the best tool. I highly recommend you this.

You can also subscribe nicheaday. they send you hot niche everyday with complete research.

      I hope this helps!

by this post i'm assuming your talking about "buying keywords" or keywords that people are willing to spend money on.

And let me start by saying, all new marketers go through this. Obviously with some practice and trial and error you will find what works for you.

So here are 3 concepts you should always abide by when promoting a product. (this is something i learned from Eben Pagan, a man who makes over 20 million dollars a year with his online business)

You need to be promoting a product that solves someone's problem. People pay to fix things, wether it be how to jump higher, catching trout, or dominating farmville.

There has to be an emotional attachment. Weight loss is one of the highest grossing niches in the world because the audience has an emotional problem, not just a physical one. If you can harness emotion you can become a billionaire.

If there is not an emotional attachment there has to be a passion behind what you are selling. Most guys aren't insecure with their golf swing, but the niche is MASSIVE because all of them love playing golf. And playing better gold will make them happier. There is a passion behind that niche.

These are the concepts behind the products. However if you want to find products that will sell i would go over to clickbank.com and look for products with a high gravity to get a sense of what people want.

You can also go over to yahoo answers and see what people need help with. Remember if you can fix someones problem they will most likely pay you for it.

I agree to start with a niche you know. You'll have the added benefit of enjoying and learning more about the content.

I'm working on some new things. So, nothing to promote just yet.

check out clickbank, im pretty sure its the gravity which tells you what is selling. The higher the gravity the more it is selling. go to the marketplace of clickbank.
