Big oDesk Warning!

Like a lot of you I use odesk quite heavily. I currently have several people in my team ranging from programmers and network engineers to article writers and data inputers.
I just found out that everyone in the team could see the screen shots of all the other people in the team. This means that my $1/hour indian data inputter can see the sensitive data that my $40/hr and fully criminal record checked server admin was working on.
By standard there is no way to turn this option off, you have to contact support for them to give you the correct permissions.
For some of you this may not be a concern but for me it was a real shock and a big security and data protection issue.
I thought I would post here incase anyone else was in my position and didn't know this. I am just glad I caught onto this when I did.
