What's it called?

I'm after two bits of software.

1, To submit articles to directories, may have manual component(preferred), MUST record + save all account and profile details.

2, Something to record and save all setup/profile details for sites n blogs I set up for links. I'm using exel but it's clumsy.

Well ladies + gents, is there anything like that about?
