Duplicate Content - Good or Bad

Do the search engines punish you when 95% of your Wordpress site content is the same. Only changes is Site name, some additional articles and maybe advertising method ex. CPA instead of Adsense.

or is that OK.

    Yes they do punish you.. They come to your house and confiscate your laptop for a month and they make you write 500 times.. "I must not use duplicate content".

    Seriously though there is an absolute ton of information here at warrior about this issue, just do a search for "duplicate".
