I use Dropbox.com . It places a folder under your My Documents folder called My Dropbox. Whenever you place a document into that folder, it stores it locally and it stores on Dropbox.com servers.

I have not used Jungle Disk, but they are owned by Rack Space, one of the best webhosting companies in the world.

Honestly, I use my web hosting to backup stuff (non sensitive documents.) I have so much extra web space from all the domains I have that I can cram anything extra that needs backing up onto my FTP and call it a day.

Thanks for that! I never thought of doing that. But I will now.

I use IDrive and it's only about $5/month for 150GB and is easy to use.

    I think it's very good.

I don't know how much this post may help but I have heard very good things about Carbonite.com and if you go there you can type RUSH as a promo and get a very good offer.

    Hi Bj,

I use Carbonite. It works great for me.

I used to manually back up all my files to my external harddrive. But it was a hassle, and sometimes I forgot to back files up, or put it off for too long and then when I had to do a system restore or had my computer crash I would lose a lot of valuable info.

So I just signed up for three years at Carbonite for about $135 (I think). The best part is that I don't have to think about backing anything up as it automattically takes care of it for me.
(I hope this doesn't sound like a sales letter...

I use Dropbox too for moving files to different computers
    but not really for storage.

    Hope that helps,
    Justin

I have researched almost all the options of the years and have tried almost all also. I swear by Crashplan.com. Wonderful software and service. Multi-platform too and cheap.
