Hey guys, real quick..

I'm putting together a really awesome product and want to sell it dirt cheap because I want to test having a low ticket item then a resell rights upsell.

$7-$27 front end then $97 or $197 upsell.

Anyway. I was wondering what all needs to be included in creating a resell right package?

Thanks in advance.

You'll want to include the sales page in HTML format, all the graphics, and the RR license. If you want to offer PLR, then you will need to include the DOC version of the product (or whatever it is for audio and video) plus the PSDs for the graphics if you want the user to be able to edit them as well.

      Cool. Thanks.

I guess my next question is what is the difference between Resale Rights, PLR and let's just say offering 100% affiliate comissions to customers who purchase the upsell?

Generally, the resale rights come in these variants:
    1. Resale rights = I can sell the product to my customers
    2. Master Resale rights = as above in #1 + I can sell the resale rights, too
    3. Private Label Rights (PLR) = I will get the source code (e.g. the Word doc for a book) and I can put my name on it, claiming "authorship"; edit, rewrite etc. then sell #1 and #2 with it

These are only general guidelines, many products come with their license file that describes exactly what you can and cannot do with it.

Thank you. So I need all the doc files and a license file and I'm good to go right?

It all depends on what kind of rights are you selling... If PLR - then yes.
If just RR and/or MRR - no, you don't need to include the doc files.

License files are always a good idea to avoid arguments.
