I am having problem with my employee,i told him to fix the listing claim that he has put his name in the title and his phone number instead of my company. He promised that he will delete it completely but again i see his listing instead of my own company.he told me he deleted it and tried to show me the screen but we all know you can activate any time.

how i can fix this permanently?do i submit a spam request form with google?

I believe you can edit the LBL and then have them send a postcard to the listed address of the business to verify ownership.

Create a new login/pw and voila...you own the LBL listing again and he can't mess with it.

he is using his own google user name and password(personal) i can't tell him to change that .he is using my company name and his cell number.i told him to delete he told me he did.we even went to his account to verify but i read somewhere with one click he can reactivate again.

when i went to google map it's still shows his name and phone number.does it take time to disappear his listing?i don't think so, because when i do a time change or add a photo i see right away those changes.

Delete your history, your browser could be pulling from the cache..

On the other hand, he could be trying to pull the wool over your eyes, but I'd look at all other options before confronting him with the accusation of being a liar, even if it does look pretty grim for him.

i don't trust the guy for sure his days are counted.
he told me he does not know how to delete it when i told him i can help you he forgot that section.

i will give more time to see if it will disappear from the Google map.

it's weird i did verified by phone that listing should be mine no?strange.
this way anyone claim my business as their own and put their phone number.

do you think it helps if i fill a spam report with google?

Better look into your citations too....he may have created accounts on sites that post his phone & contact info instead of your business....
