Screen capture software?

What I want to do is what Andy Jenkins calls a "video action." It gives you the ability to take an image and make it all "tilty-like" -- in perspective -- like at 1:17 (+ elsewhere) in this video (no, the link in the vid is not my affiliate link)...
What he didn't say (or I didn't catch it) is... which software gives that functionality? Does it happen in some editor? -- or right in camtasia (which I do not own yet)? Is there an inexpensive software that can also do that?

Also, in general, what camtasia alternatives are good (+ less $$)?

Please advise.

    That video is hilarious! Love it!

    I've been asking the same thing and several Warriors have recommended Camstudio, which is free. I just downloaded it a couple of days ago but haven't tried it out yet. So I can't tell you if Camstudio can give you that sideview you're asking about.

    I use Camstudio and its a great FREE tool! Not sure about those fancy effects though ???
