Amember membership software - opinions?

Hello everyone.

I am very close to purchase Amember for my website project however I was just wondering what sort of opinions people who have used this software have.

Good or Bad???

    What are you using it for? It currently doesn't work with PHP 5.3. Check what your host is using.

    I personally don't enjoy installing or using it. Very difficult to learn and configure and support is "ok"...not amazing, not poor. I also don't like the fact that it relies on cron jobs thus using more server resources.

    But...it's protection is superb.

      Thanks Blue, what would you recommend then? It will be used for a PLR membership/one off sales site.

    I use Amember and it works great for me. Once you get it set up, it runs on autopilot for you. The Admin backend interface could use a redesign, but it works and does what it says.

    I've heard DLGuard is very good, too.
