Trouble With Signature Setup

Hello Everyone!

In my attempt to set up my signature for the very first time ever, I do not see the html toolbar at the "Edit Signature" panel as shown in Adeel Chowdhry's exellent "Forum Signature" instructional video and am therefore unable to do cool stuff like set up hyperlinks,etc.

Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated and I do appologise if this newbie question has been asked before. I did do a search but didn't find it.
