Suggestion of Autoresponder for Spanish Target Market

I am looking for a recommendation on an autoresponder program (and eventually CRM and live chat). Here are my criteria:

1) Target market is 90% Spanish Speakers in Central and South America, so there needs to be 100% support for Spanish language (We can translate, so no big deal, but need support for special characters, etc). Note: Secondary market is English, but if no spanish support, it is not an option.
2) Ideally, good record of deliverability, with statistics.
3) Facilitate both initial e-mail marketing from a targeted list (ie: people who took the GMAT), and also autoresponder followups based on an opt-in offer.

Ideally, but not required:
4) Has decent integration with one or more CRM programs.
5) Has decent integration with a live chat program
