using the product name in the site name?

Hi,
As an affiliate, is it legal to use the name of the the product I'm promoting or a part of it in my site name?

    If the product name is a Registered Trademark, it's illegal.

    It depends on the product and the product owner. Many Clickbank product owners wouldn't care if you did something like PRODUCT-NAME-REVIEW.com etc. as long as it wasn't a scam or spam campaign.

    However, as Tom stated, if it's a registered trademark, I'd stay away.
