Should I use Opt-in Email Services?

Does anyone have any direct experience with using Opt-in email blasters like emarketingservices.com and majon.com? I've read good reviews and bad ones, but I'd love to hear about your actual statistical results.

Also, assume that my email campaign with offer a total freebie to targeted (supposedly) real estate subscribers, and I will have a squeeze page that typically converts at over 50%. Is this worthwhile or will I just waste my money? ALso, is there a particular service you recommend? Thanks!

    I'm not familiar with either of those services. However, I have used other opt-in services and seen marginal results. I think alot of the people that are on those lists tend to be other marketers trying to build their own lists and this the only click throughs or views you get are to get credits to mail more people.
