How do I thank a Warrior?

This may not be the proper place for this post - if so, I apologise...

But, at the risk of repeating myself...

How do I post thanks on WF? Just can't see that darn button!

    Hi Kev Stevenson.

    it's pretty easy.

Fist look for the "Quick Reply" Button...the "Thanks" button is next to it.

I believe your post count is too low to use the thanks button.

When you are able to send thanks, there will be a series of buttons under the post window. The thanks button in on the far right side.

    Good luck!

OH GEE another warrior who cannot see the "THANKS" BUTTON. And people were telling me it's easily visible? HAHAHA MAN!

Like I said, this button is generally outside of our visual line, unless people are pointed to it and are directly told where it is. Other than that, anyone else who sees it, is taking the time to look at everything on a page, which most people do not do.

It's easily overlooked because it hits the "ignore" part of the visual radar... we skim when reading, and that includes chopping off a bit of the right margin to wrap to the next line as quickly as possible.

To the O/P - when in doubt, quote them, say thanks in your reply and say WHY. Don't just reply to say "thanks". Give value in your feedback and the post will be fine.

Yup, other warriors were saying I was wrong there, but obviously, that's not the case, because a little common sense would reveal that. It's just not that easy to see, even though it's on every post.

I could put ad sense on a page too, but if it's not in places that people are going to be looking on a website, what use is it? One can't make people go there and click it, but most definitely it should at least be made known that it is in fact there in the first place!

Not accurate "info". Not at this moment, for sure. The button is temporarily (?) gone for everybody.
