Viewer for downloaded WF Personal Messages?

Hi

Once again my PM box is 96% full, and when this happens I download the entire thing as a CSV file and then delete older sent and received messages.

Obviously I can open the CSV file with Excel or Open Office, but it's not the most user-friendly format to view them in.

I was wondering if anybody knew of a viewer application that was made for working with these files? I seem to recall one existed a few years ago?

Otherwise I was thinking of firing up Visual Studio and building a viewer application myself. It's a simple project but as I have no lack of projects right now I'd be just as happy to download an existing one.
