IE not saving Google searches? Going crazy ...

INTERNET MARKETING

I usually go to 'View' > 'Explorer bars' > 'History' > I go thru old Google searches. (This I do many times per day)

Now I am going crazy with IE 8 not saving Google searches. Anybody experiencing same problem?

I don't have Google toolbar. Don't want to install it.

Any ideas?

Another question while I am asking this: Opera or Firefox ? Which is best?

Its preference. Some like opera and some like firefox. Try both and see for yourself.

  Using another browser is my second option though. Because I have to move my favorites to Opera or Firefox from IE.

I use i.e, firefox and chrome - also lets me see what my sites looks like in all
