How Did They Do This!?

How did they make this gateway? Ultimate Source for the 2010 Winter Olympics! Sports Highlights, Results, Schedules, Videos and Medal Totals!

Does anyone know if the script is for sale? He must be making a killing with it

    Find a CPA company that provides that sort of gateway, register, apply, grab the code and place it on your site.

    Or you could learn javascript. :rolleyes: a much tougher alternative.

    As for the backscreen, I presume its just a snapshot of the actual website or something.

      Um, no. The back screen is real.. What it does is it locks the website until you do a certain task. In this case it is entering your cell phone number.

      And I have looked at the code and it appears to be javascript so it's not a cpa companies gateway.

    They did it with this...

    <div id="Dialogs">

    <form id="form" action="/?s=41sifsnhd6fgv8igvahvm0nln3" method="post" >
    <input type="hidden" name="action" value="username" />
    <input type="hidden" name="_tp" value="y-blueoverice-01" />
    <input type="hidden" name="site" value="ultimate-sports-site.net" />

    <div id="EnterText" >

      Well, the number gets submitted to "http://ultimate-sports-site.net/?action=username&_tp=y-blueoverice-01&site=ltimate-sports-site.net"

      It looks like http://ultimate-sports-site.net/temp...js/username.js controls the focus, etc... BTW the background is a TEXT mockup!

    I will NOT give out my cell phone to any tom/dick/harry, so I didn't go any farther. I COULD have tracked all the code, but I just did this to be nice. So maybe they DO have another system.

      I bet they get the Gold Medal for Bounce Rate.

      I just can see the judges holding up the scores...

      100, 99.5, 100, 99.7, 100, 100

        Yeah, who would enter their real cell phone number. And the fine print says it is billed to your phone number. INCREDIBLE!

          Steve,

          This site must get more retalitory phone numbers than anywhere else on the net.

          This tactic should crush it in the "Get Back at Your Ex" niche...

      I entered in my number.

      Anyone who wants to call me, it's 555-555-5555

      It makes you confirm that you entered a real number by asking for the secret code it sent to you.

    I just put my area code and then 8-6-7-5-3-0-9. This is the number I always gave to creeps at the bar. (they were too far gone to realize what the 8675309 was from)I hope no one gets charged. I don't even think it is a real cell number for my area.
