Warriors,

how many of you actually work with process maps? I find them very handy when putting everything together. By having a helicopter-view over your business you can quickly see what needs improvements, fine-tuning or even should be removed.

I've attached one of my process maps that shows how my sales funnel works in one of the markets I'm in. Since implementing these maps, which resulted in me adding the down-sell and continuity program, I've made about 60% more revenue.

thanks. I do like them a lot, since I use them for all parts of my business. It keeps things organised and it's a great way to improve upon issues.

I'm wondering what other Warriors think about using mindmaps? Would you like to know more about how I put up my business thru these maps?
