Why not write some articles on what "unlocking" a phone is? Who is your target market? Have you got a list of keywords that you are focused on? Do you know places where you could put some banner ads or ezine ads that your target market goes?

I guess what I am asking is, how much research have you done?

Yes I did do a bit of research. Have a few articles related to the topic and plan on getting a few more. My target market would probably be people who would like to unlock their phones.

I like the way the site looks, but the descriptions for all of the latest products are exactly the same, which makes it look suspicious in my view.

I'd try getting 3-5 different ways of saying the same thing and change up the descriptions a bit.

Or use a drop down box for the different versions of blackberries so that you aren't saying the same thing 20 times.

And, like Raygun said, you should research your audience and their keyword searches and figure out how can get the right people who are searching for the right things - to your site.

It does look slick though!

A week is too short a period of time to make any judgements.

The first thing to do is go to the Google Adwords Keyword tool.

Look for relevent keywords that you can rank for easily.

I would recommend under 1,000,000 competing sites and about 1,500 searches per month.

Go to need-an-article.com and have about 5 articles written per keyword. Specify a 3 - 5%
Keyword density.

Create a sub-domain using your main keyword. www.mainkeyword.bellunlocked.com
Install a Wordpress blog. Put the articles one the blog with a keyword text link to your landing page., (one per day), and ping each new post.

Submit the articles to Ezinearticles. After it is accepted, submit it to other article directories.

Then, use the articles for web 2.0 sites. Squidoo, WP.com, Wetpaint, Weebly, etc.

"Don't want to pay an extortionate amount?"

Find a different word.

You might say something like "Do you want to use your phone on another network/service provider without breaking the bank?"

I would suggest article marketing for this. Unless you had articles on site in an article repository, I am not sure how you can rank such a site in the SERPS. There is always forum posting, blogs, etc..

Thanks. I have started with some articles.
Also thinking of faceook. I noticed there are some groupson facebook already dedicated to unlocking phones. Would it be a good idea if I postl related articles to each of those groups? Any suggestions as to how to get those groups to look at the site?
