Making Money online

Seeing as this is an internet marketing forum, there are probably very few here who are not trying to make money with it...lol. If you spend a bit of time reading, you will realize that there are many methods to use but really only 3 basic ways to make money:

Sell a service.
Sell a product.
Sell other people's products.

you can do many things like being an affiliate marketer, selling your own stuffs, sell stuffs on ebay, almost anything you can imagine.

If you can sell yourself, or your personality to someone, you can sell him anything else in the world.

The second question made me smile - in an IM forum, what percentage of the members do you think have tried to earn money on the Internet? If you do not know the answer, then it will be hard for you to make money online.

If you do know the answer, then read on. Among those here who try to make money on the Internet, I believe 99% end up making at least $1 in their career - I may be wrong because I do not have data to substantiate it.

How much can you earn? Depends upon your effort and intelligence. I mean, humans apply lesser efforts than horses and yet are richer than horses. Why?

How much can you earn on the Internet? Potentially enough for what a typical human being needs to live for an entire life on an average.

What is the minimum earning one can make? Lots of people do quit without making a single Dollar. So the answer is - zero.

What is the maximum earning? Billions of dollars per year. Where do you believe Google makes its money from? I believe, they make 90%+ (probably close to 100%) over the Internet. So, it is a proven multi-billion dollar per annum industry.

What is realistic? Impossible to answer. Again, Google was a JV of Larry Page and Sergei Brin, right? How much you earn totally depends upon your efforts and intelligence.

How do you earn? Many people here seem to earn by selling products, services or helping others sell their products/services. The products and services vary widely in nature and a complete coverage of that is beyond the scope of this post.
