Anybody else finds the new format for google adwords confusing or am I the only one?
I haven't done any PPC advertising in more than a year, however I was offered a $100 coupon so decided to make good use of it. I was surprised to see that all the keywords had zero clicks and yet there were total clicks and impressions at the bottom and not much money had been spent. so I didn't worry.
I checked back the next day and still the same, so I tweaked my ad a bit. On the third day however I realized there were over 200 clicks but still the keywords showed zero clicks. I then clicked on billing to find that over $50 was gone. Oh My ....What a shock.

It is nice to see the graph telling you what is going on but other than that this new format stinks. Bring back the old.

    yes, the current Adwords site is annoying and really lagges with stats

    let's bring back the old Adwords!

      Yeah i have to agree, I even have found the new layout terrible. Back with the old adwords interface you could access the keyword tool very easy, now it seems like 3 steps forward and 1 back!!

      But I use a lot of PPC and was lucky enough to just work with it straight from the word go.. I too do understand your concern with Google's erractic stats and it does become hard with all the different results...

      Man you must have gotten a bit of a shock getting back on the adwords interface with taking a year off!!

    Your problem is easy fixed, in the keyword tab select the "See search terms" options in the lower tabs found below the graph then select "All" this will show the elusive keywords clicks you have been looking for.

    This is the results of using mainly broad keywords, you may select some or all and add them as main keywords to your adgroups if you wish.
