I am looking at buying an Iphone 3G 16gb from Ebay.
Alot of the places selling them seem to be from overseas, mostly Hong Kong. Is there anything
that i should be worried about if buying from Hong Kong, from a reputable ebayer?
Thanks

Just check their feedback history. I've never personally bought from overseas apart from the US...

But something like the iPhone I'd just get directly from my network provider. A lot more secure.

I agree.. before buying from ebay (whatever it is) - make sure to check the seller's feedback rate. It would surely show you if the seller is real or fake. I've had a lot of friends - ebay fanatics and had bought a lot of stuff from their.

Check the feedback for that particular item, if many of them have been sold and there is positive feedback for that item, you have nothing to worry about. Just read the product description and compare it to the apple website to make sure its the same specifications.

Check the feedback, particularly the negs and neutrals. It is how the seller handles problems that set them apart.
