    Put the video in the top of the page, and remove side ads..It's better if you can set the video to autoplay whule the page is loading..

    Firstly I would change the font.

    I would agree place the video at the top. Then right underneath the video have a link like... Click Here To Get Great Abs

    The 'Click here etc ' at the bottom does not appear to have a hyper link attached.

    I would put in a few more links through to you promotion as well.

    Hi,

    The color ('brown') I don't think sends the message that you want to potential prospects. That being said, the site actually looks a lot like other sites I have seen promoting weight loss solutions (paid advertising), so perhaps it would be very successful.
