auto responders list management?

Hi I am setting up a site that will have at least 3 sections that will require autoresponders. One is a "pop under" such as aweber to collect opt in emails and then send out a special report and hold email for weekly ezine mailing.
The other 2 are auto responders that cover orders placed. One would be a merchant account from a bank and the other would be a pal pal option. I am assuming all of these auto responders will operate separately, and I want to collect the emails from each to track who is on the opt in list, and the 2 purchase systems. I want to avoid duplication of emails by having a system that will avoid sending the same email to some that opted in and then later bought. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to manage the autoresponders? Thanks for your help. Ed.
