I dont Know what to do with these plr rights

Here's one approach: rewrite the plr, put up a sales page, and pitch the ebook to the respective market (a pet forum if its a book about pets, a dating forum if its a book about dating, etc.)

Wait -- you may not have the right to do anything with this content. That's because many resell rights and PLR products come with NON transferable rights. That means someone just can't give you a hard drive full of stuff.

You need to check the licenses carefully and, if in doubt, contact the original product creator to see if you have the rights to use the products.

ETA: I see you called them PLR master resell products, which sounds transferable. But still, you must check the licenses to be sure what you're proposing is allowed (as diff product creators use diff labels to mean diff things).

Could be a gold mine! If they have full MRR...go and make sites..most of them do actually have complete sites already. Or add them as bonuses to your list.

Organize it first.

Put all the content, articles, reports, ebooks, etc, into one folder named for the subject.

Check all the rights, and make notes of them.

Next, determine a 'value' for each. What would make a good giveaway to build a list, what would make a good inexpensive product to warm up buyers, what's a more expensive product to use an upsell, etc.

Arrange your site according to the values.

If the products have sales letters, FTP the website files, change the paypal code, and whatever you are permitted to change that you want to change.
*If they don't have sales letters, get sales letters.

If it's PLR, you'll probably need to flesh it out. And then do the same thing.
* You can also embed affiliate links and links to other 'complementing' MRR/PLR products too.

Use the articles to make blog posts, rewrite them to submit to directories for traffic.

Turn the articles into video articles and submit to video share sites for traffic.

Find more ways to generate traffic.

BUT...

You need to check the license file for each of the products. No doubt some of the products will have restrictions in place. For example can not be compiled with other products, or unable to give it away as a bonus product, or the rights are non-transferable.

Make sure you adhere to the license for each product or you could end up in deep doo doo

Turn the PLR into a power point, add graphics from like tinypic.com and grab some video software and make a video course out of it...
