IE photo display problem

I've been having a weird glitch with a couple photos on my site. IE cuts off one of them about half way through and only shows a small sliver of the other. Firefox displays them correctly so I know it's not a code problem.

For a long time I thought it was just my goofy IE7/Vista platform, but now I know that visitors are seeing the same thing.

I've been over and over the code and it's correct (also proved by Firefox). Also, the photos display fine when their direct url is entered into the browser.

Has anybody heard of this problem and know where to find a fix?

gotta link we can look at?

I haven't come across that particular problem, but in an earlier thread, I found that the particular image was actually the problem, apparently Firefox is more tolerant than IE

      Hi David,

Listen to James. He fixed my problem and now my image works in IE and Flock.

It can be quite frustrating how little quirks can upset your site.

      Cheers

        Hi David,

I just re-read your post properly :-) and I had the same problem with some of my images only being a sliver. It turned I had accidently put a letter in the image size by mistake:

        "1f5" instead of "155"

Don't know if that helps but it fixed the problem for me.

          Hey David,

Did you get the problem sorted out?

Hey, I've just seen sean street's thread on this issue and getsmart's solution. I'm going to try saving the image in a different way because I know there's no problem with the code. If I don't solve it that way I'll post another thread.
