This is mainly for those doing offline marketing.

I have been making sites for small businesses for nearly 10 years now and this tip will increase your customers ROI and give you heaps of referrals. I am also going to explain how I turn a $600 sale into a $3,000 by up selling.

My system is simple.

Build simply 6 to 10 page wordpress sites for my customers and then up sell the posting. As you know adding a constant stream of targeted content can shoot your customers site to no 1 in google and other search engines very quickly.

I sell 5,10,15,20,25 and 30 post packages to the client which can be then done monthly or over a longer period. Because they are very effective most customers will buy the packages because they see the results.


Bonus Tip to increase ROI

When doing these posts I use the All In One SEO plugin however any SEO plugin will do. This allows you to customize the title, description and keywords for each post.

Now most people think these are not important but let me show you how I utilize it to get lots of leads for my customers. Notice in the discription I put the phone number.



This customer is getting two or three phone calls a day and the people never actually get to their website. This is very effective for offline businesses.

Turning a simple site into mega dollars with upsells.

So now that I have my customers attention with a good website and showing I can deliver leads and traffic I can upsell.

What things can you upsell. Here is my list and most are free so I just sell the install and setup.
1. Googler Maps, business and directories.
2. Set up google docs, calendar and gmail for them.
3. Online office security using Open DNS.
4. Posting Packages from $30 to $50 a post depending on quantity
5. Skype for business. They love this because it reduces costs and can also be used for internal communication.
And the list goes on.

So my customer value over a year from a simple $600 site is usually around $3000+ and I usually get lots of referrals because of all the help I provide.

      1. Could you give us a clue as to what you charge for this packages (how many words per article etc.)

      2. Who decides about what kind of content, you or the biz owner (or together, lol)

      3. Once the article is written and ready to be up-loaded, do you have the biz owner sign off that he approves the article

      4. If the biz owner wants to make changes to the article, do you charge extra for that

      In regards to your Thailand project, could you provide a list of the last time you did the 52 week email program, what was the actual content
