Selling products via PayDotCom

Hi all,

Does anybody sell their products through PDC? What was the experience?

I used to sell through clickbank but I could not really afford the activation fee. So I switich to PDC selling PLR products.

Anyway I could deposit my commissions directly to my bank through paypals which I find it easier rather clickbank. Till now I had yet to receive my 1st clickbank check. =X

The main point how to get attention to my sites in PDC?
How to build a group of affiliates in PDC?

    Hi Calvin,

    One of the best ways to attract affiliates -- whether using CB, PDC or something else -- is to recruit them yourself. (Or have an affiliate manager do this for you.) The second way is to let them find you.

    Here's how:

    1. Contact potential affiliates directly. This is where you email, mail or call potential affiliates directly, give them access to your product, share your conversion stats and commission rate and tell them why they should promote for you. You may turn this into more of a JV by doing co-promotions.


    2. Attract affiliates. This is relatively passive since you're hoping affiliates find you (rather than you finding them).

    This includes things like getting your product listed in marketplaces (like the CB or PDC marketplace), getting listed in affiliate directories, placing JV offers in appropriate places (like the JV section of this forum), telling your list about it, asking your customers to become affiliates, blogging about it, placing ads, etc.



    You should focus your efforts on the first one, but use both.

    The activation fee in Clickbank is only $50 if I am not mistaken. That is not much.

    I have a product that I sell through PayPal and the nice thing about it is that it is INSTANT commissions.

      THe activation fee is $49.95 for clickbank, it will be $60 in Singapore dollars. =)

    Believe it or not the PDC forum is pretty active I placed a post stating my commission payout and that I was looking for affiliates at 75% payout and I checked the other day and had a substantial amount of affiliates.

      So how active it is? Till now I had not earn a single sales since I launch my products in PDC somewhere in mid-Feb. I am offering commision payouts of 60% for my PLR products
