    Depends on the videos.

Are you adding a call to action at the end?

Are you properly using the more info box?

Do you have your website watermarked on the videos?

Are you spreading that video to other video sharing sites?

Have you embedded it elsewhere - like using it on web 2.0 sites?

I have great success with videos. I like to do cpa email submits because they convert the best. I have about 100 or so videos and I feel that if you were to create that many you will see great success. Some of my videos flopped and other make around $17 bucks a day. That might not seem like a lot but you have to figure 12 videos averaging that a day is not bad. I like to take the same cpa offer and create 5 videos for that offer and then send them out to all the major video sharing sites.

So, here is my advice pick an offer. Do your keyword research for it via google keywords and youtube keywords (make sure the keywords have decent search volume and the lowest competion you can find). Make a group of 5 videos and base each on a different keyword. Send them out with tubemogul. Submit the rss feeds and social bookmark them. Just keep doing that process over and over again and you will get it. I don't make fancy videos either. I just use imovie on my mac to make slideshow like videos with a strong call to action through-out it.

You can use high paying offers or even physical affiliate products but I see the trend where most people on these sites are either A) looking to be entertained and not wanting to pull out their wallet or B) want something for free. So, I tend to stick with CPA email submits.

I hope that helps and good luck on you video marketing ventures!

I've not done that yet but I am convinced YouTube videos can be a powerful addition to your SEO arsenal.

What you are doing is quite normal. Our expectations from other marketing methods expect that we convert at a certain rate. I have had 1.65 million views+ and only 6% of that has converted over and less sales of course. Since you get more traffic from You Tube, expect the rates to be like that, it is normal.

I am a fan of timeless products, so traffic from video timeless. That way if you get x traffic, it will come each day for a longer period of time, since you have ramdom people searching and it done right, it will increase after time.

    Cheers,
    Mukul
