If you are going to succeed in internet business, you need some form of capital. You need money. There are people that may tell you they didn't have money before they started their business, but the reality of it is probably that they got money one way or the other. They could render service and from there make the money they need for their business, they might be fortunate to meet someone who will pay them mobilisation fee and then continue from there or some other ways. One thing is certain and that is you need money to start your internet business. You need money for so many things in your online business. Advertisement is one of them. You will need to advertise your business, else no one will get to know about it. I have been on the internet for sometime now and I can tell you from experience that you need money to be successful on the internet. True, there are a lot of freebies on the internet, but you will need capital to enhance your success. You can spend one year on the internet making use of freebies without making a sale, whereas, with a little bit of money, you can make a sale in a shorter period. Even the money spent browsing and using freebies, if calculated for that period is something. I read about the fact if you are looking for money, what you need is a job, but if you want to start a business, you need money to invest. So capital is important in succeeding ion the internet.

Website

A website is where people get to know about your business on the internet. You need it to make your products and/or services available to many people at the same time anywhere they are connected to internet. Although, there are free websites like affiliate sites which are provided by the company whose products and/or servives you are marketing, but there are limitations. You cannot add anything on that site and you cannot remove anything. The only changes you can probably make is to change your personal profile. You cannot add a source code or anything like that. The subdomains you get, which is also free has limitations as well. But if you have your own website, you have control over it and you can even make money from the adsense program. A website makes your business more professional and people tend to take you more serious if you have your own website rather than an affiliate website that other people also use.

Webhosting Company

A webhosting company is the one that hosts your website online. Without them, your website will not be seen on the internet. There are companies that offer free webhosting, but again, there are limitations. Some of them may even place adverts on the website. You will need to research nad find a reliable webhosting company with a minimal downtime. If you choose the wrong one, you might get really frustrated when your site does not upload on time or at all for sometime.

Autoresponder

An autoresponder is system that automatically sends out emails to many people at the same time and you can set up a system whereby people who request for information from you can get instant reply that you have set up even if you are sleeping.

You cannot afford to underestimate the power of autoresponders in your Internet Business Marketing. It is such a powerful tool that makes your business so easy since it becomes automated. You don't have to do multiple tasks as all you do will just be to set up the system and let it do its work.

You can build up a list of subscribers with your autoresponders which will eventually result in a ready market whenever you have a product to sell or a service to render.

You will need to have a means of paying for goods or services online.

In your quest to succeed online, you will need some products to enahnce your business. You might also need to learn from some other people and you will need to make payments for all these on the internet.

Making payments online can be achieved through a debit/credit card. Just obtain one and you have another requirement for your online business success.

Computer System

This is one very important instrument for your online business. Without the system, you cannot be connected to the internet. True, you could patronize a cubercafe and do business there. However, there are inherent risks involved in doing this as you are vulnerable to being spied on and your password(s) being seen by some people. You could lose a lot of money if people get into your online business through this slip.

Internet Service Provider

An internet Service Provider is the Company that connects you to the Internet. It is very important that you get a reliable ISP as this will ensure you get access to the internet as often as you want to.

Mentor

A mentor is someone that you look up to in a particular line of business and you also get advice from concerning your area of interest.

Mentors are people that have been there before and they have been able to make a success of their endeavour(s). Such people are invaluable to your success in this business. Not just in this business, but also in some other aspects of life. They will probably charge you for their services. However, it is worth paying for since you will shown the way to success without groping in the dark.
