Question about adwords and social bookmarking

Hello

I am new in affiliate marketing but I own some sites and have basic knowledge about how to create sites.

2-3 days ago I created tinyurl.com/y9pzltm page to promote one quit smoking product. ( Please review page also,If you feel any work to be done in tht page,please suggest )

Now my question is should I try adwords first OR go for social bookmarking?
Please suggest some good ways to get traffic in tht kind of site

    You might also try commenting on related blog sites that have do follow links, directory submission, and link exchanges with relevant sites.
