Ok quick question probably and easy answer for you guys. Every time some one forwards me to there ebook it shows up in a pdf file i was just wondering how do you put a pdf file online. As well you need a domain name for these pdf files if i dont want to spend the money on these are there any free websites that will host pdf files so i can just put my ebook into them? Also if there are free websites can i put a password on them so only people i give the password to can view the pdf. Thank you, - Eric |

Free websites usually make you host their ads and have limitations on what kind of files you can post. It's better to create your own website and host the pdf files on it. I use pdf files for my samples on my freelance site and it's pretty easy to do. There are plenty of affordable domain names and hosting options available if you don't mind doing the research to track them down |

Eric, You've asked a load of questions. Making a .pdf is fairly simple. The easiest way is write your book or report in Open Office (free from http://www.openoffice.org/) and export it as a .pdf. I'm not absolutely certain but I think the hosting capabilities you're looking for will cost a little bit of money. You can register a domain name for one year for less than USD10.00 and obtain paid hosting for less than ten dollars a month. HTH, Elmer |

I use Openoffice to make PDF files, but it's nice to see other alternatives. Gotta try the WarriorPDF.
