Hello wariors
I had been looking around for posts on outscouring as i have so many websites and so little time to keep them up to date with seo, backlinking and article writing so im looking to outscource the work to a team that can look after my sites and keep them running well and making some money in the long term.

Im sorry if i have placed this in the wrong part of the forum but i could not find anywere on the topic but is there any experience Warriors here that could suggest were i could outscource the workload too,Who do you reccomend

And before anyone suggest elance and rentacoda ect, I would like to meet some good people here who i know have the trust at hand from other warriors off the forum so any help is apprecated.

thanks
andy

Best rule of thumb is to hit the Warriors for hire forum, and check feedback for each outsourcer there. Outsourcing is hit and miss, and I'd recommend choosing specialised guys (one or two specific tasks) over an all-in-one group. Build up long term releationships and you will get discounts... as for outright recommendations - I speak for a few people when I say once you get a good outsourcer keep them to yourself!

I don't think I've seen any team that offers everything you want in one package. You may need to outsource each section separately in the end. If I come across anyone who provides it all, I'll send them your way.

I have to agree w/TMG - most providers specialize in one area. You'll probably end up trying a number of different ones before you find someone in each category that fits your personality and works the way you want.

    Thank you tina.
I suppose you are right i'll just have to do like mark said and just check warrior for hire and see what is availabile or just lose a few websites and flip the websites that are losing out on workload to flippa.

    thank you for your responces

I go to elance.com and guru.com. the trick is writing a good request. Give as many details as possible and ask for samples of their work. Ask for everything you want and need. You will find it.

I agree that it is probably better to break it up for several reasons. 1) You don't want to put all your jobs in one basket. What if the person quits? You have to retrain someone to do all of it. If however, your seo guy quits, you still have your backlinks person and your blogger intact.

Also 2) like Tina said, you will have more people respond if they can do one thing. You will have a harder time finding someone that can do it all and less responses.

    Hello Andy,

I recommend that you find someone to outsource your link building to.

Then have another that could do websites.

And even another to do other types of work for you.

Keep them separate, build your relationship with them then you will be fine.

I am doing outsourcing and if you just needed a couple of small jobs done, I could probably arrange that can be done.

It is best to keep your outsourcing contacts information private as once to find a good one, it is best to do most anything that's necessary keep them with you with a smile on their face.

    All the best ... Ron

    Good thread going here.

@123BC I also suggest trying Craigslist Manilla. You can post jobs for free and I've found some pretty good talent on there. The economic downturn has really effected people there and you can hire smart, college educated people there on the cheap.

My only suggestion would be to find someone who has good English skills. It will make things so much easier for you.

      Hi 123bc,

sorry for reactivating your thread ;-) Was just reading yours about CPA and was currious what other golden nuggets you left in the forum.

Just check my sig for my thoughts about outsourcing (nothing to sell, only my thoughts about outsourcing). As said above, it all starts with writing a damn good feature request. Otherwise you get tons of replies from bots and have to actually read them. That sucks. Trust me, I learned that the hard way.

          Hi Mark,
His name is John Jonas, and I can vouch for the platform. Found a couple of gems there myself.

And before anyone suggest elance and rentacoda ect, I would like to meet some good people here who i know have the trust at hand from other warriors off the forum so any help is apprecated.
          Andy,

The best thing is to do what you are doing now, asking people in the trenches. The For Hire section on this forum (and others) is a great place to start digging. You'd be surprised of what you can find.

A word of warning: Never hire a freelancer per se without having checked their credentials. It will save you a LOT of money and headaches, trust me.
