Can anyone explain to me how some people who use article marketing at Ezinearticles are able to generate like 30,000 views to their articles in one month's time?

I see these types of articles from time to time, and it's not from getting ranked on Google for a high traffic keyword. Usually I can't even find these articles on Google for the keywords found throughout their articles.

Do these people have huge lists they send their articles out to and instantly get thousands of views?

Are these people using "fake traffic" methods to pad their view stats and just not getting caught since that's against EzineArticles TOS?

If you have ideas, I'd love to hear them because I'd love to get those kind of results, but typical traffic generating methods like forum posting, blog posting, social bookmarking, etc. aren't going to deliver those types of results that fast as far as I know.

if they have 30.000 views and are indeed nowhere to find in google for related keywords i would say its fake hits.

I guess there are many answers to that. I seen a few
using Amazon Mturk. Where they pay 0.01 cent for the
traffic and they must approve the payment.

Also etology.com is common. And most are not stupid
to send directly to ezinearticles of course. But do a
    click through.

And I bet there are thousand of other ways to get
0.01 traffic. And it's probably easy to make a proxy
bot to do clicks as well. If now thousands of
    views are any benefit.
