    This is the Decoy Effect, talked about in Dan Ariely's book Predictably Irrational. The option in the middle acts as a decoy, making the "Combo Version" look even better than it is. My guess is, those people at AIWA are pretty smart

    Also, this offer shows that selling information is very much alive and kicking!
