How do you set up an affiliate program for physical products?

INTERNET MARKETING

T-shirts, mugs, bumper stickers, etc.

I already know about cafepress. Do they have any 2-tier arrangement?

Would I need BOTH a fulfillment house AND (another place that does all the payout stuff for an) affiliate system?

What's the simplest way to do it?

How easy is it to put on'es offerings on shareasale, etc.?

Please advise.

I use idevaffiliate to run the affiliate program for my shirt sites. It comes with a 2 tier option, but I don't use it.

You will need a fulfillment company if you don't produce the items yourself.

ShareASale is easy enough. It only costs about $600 to get in the program and a low monthly fee if you don't make enough sales to cover your monthly fees.

Cafepress does not have a 2 tier program to my knowledge.

  Thanks Jeff. So those affiliate tracking places would handle all the $$ aspects -- then I'd use a (separate) fulfillment house? Is that the set up??
  
  The affiliate tracking would be the shopping cart + the check out? And the affiliate tracking place would also automatically communicate with the fulfillment house so it would all happen on auto pilot?
